SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped not shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by Maximum 1day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship products throughout UAE, however, there is a shipping charge of AED10 for order below 100AED.

DAMAGES

Organic planet is not liable for any products damaged but if you received a damaged product we will ensure that you get a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
